1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Digital Chokro website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Digital Chokro provides a "Complete Digital Ecosystem," including but not limited to web and software development, creative and multimedia production, marketing strategy, and content writing. Specific project scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in individual Client Agreements or Proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project execution, clients must:

• Provide necessary materials, assets, and access (e.g., server credentials, brand guidelines) in a timely manner.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Ensure they own the rights to any materials provided to Digital Chokro for use in the project.

4. Payment and Billing

• Payment terms, including deposits, milestone payments, and final balances, will be specified in the individual project proposal.
• Work will commence only after the agreed initial deposit is received.
• Digital Chokro reserves the right to halt work or withhold final deliverables (such as source code or high-resolution files) if payments are delayed.

5. Intellectual Property

• Background IP: Digital Chokro retains ownership of all pre-existing code, frameworks, and tools used to create your project.
• Final Deliverables: Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., custom website, logo, finalized video) transfers to the client.
• Portfolio Rights: Digital Chokro reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Digital Chokro shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

7. Revisions and Maintenance

Projects include a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in the initial proposal. Additional revisions, or maintenance requests after the project is officially launched/delivered, will be billed at our standard hourly or retainer rate.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term. In the event of termination by the client, Digital Chokro shall be compensated for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the applicable laws identified in the signed project agreement.
