Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Digital Chokro ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data when you visit our website or use our services, including web and software engineering, creative production, and digital marketing.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, phone number, and business details provided via our contact forms or discovery forms.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and website usage data collected via cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixels).
- Project Data: Information, assets, and credentials shared by clients to facilitate project execution.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To deliver requested services (e.g., app development, marketing campaigns, design).
- To communicate with you regarding project updates, proposals, and billing.
- To improve our website functionality and user experience.
- To send marketing communications (only if you have opted in).
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Digital Chokro does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:
- With trusted third-party service providers (e.g., hosting platforms, CRM tools, payment gateways) necessary to operate our business.
- If required by law, regulation, or legal process to protect our rights or the safety of others.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and project data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data stored by us. To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected].
7. Security & Fraud Prevention Tracking
To protect our website and legitimate users from automated abuse, spam, and fraudulent submissions, we collect the following data strictly for security purposes on public forms (contact, newsletter, discovery):
- Hashed Device Fingerprint: A one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) derived from anonymous browser characteristics (canvas rendering, screen resolution, hardware concurrency, timezone). This hash cannot be reversed to identify you - it is used solely to detect repeated automated submissions from the same device.
- Behavioral Signals: We record whether a form was completed with mouse movement and keypress interaction, and the approximate time taken to fill out a form. These signals distinguish human users from automated bots.
- Network Signals: IP address (via Cloudflare), country code, and Autonomous System Number (ASN, indicating whether the connection originates from a residential or data-center network) are collected per submission.
- Risk Score: Each submission is assigned an internal risk score based on the above signals. This score is used only to determine how the submission is processed (allowed, flagged for review, or blocked). It is not shared externally.
This security data is stored alongside your submission for internal audit and fraud-pattern analysis only. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes. Data collected for security purposes is retained for a maximum of 12 months.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
